This 2,608+/- acre tract consists of areas of mature stands of mixed pine & hardwood species in bottomlands and streamside management zones on 400+/- acres of the property. The vast majority of the property, 2,180+/- acres, is composed of pine plantations varying from 3 to 32 years.
